Is membership an annual commitment?

Yes, memberships are a 1-year or 3-year subscription plan. And, to make sure you don’t skip a beat on the job, all plans also auto-renew.

What is the difference between dues and fees?

You pay the membership dues at the beginning of your membership subscription. These dues allow you to access many membership benefits and features. In addition to these dues, you pay a fee to publish inspection reports and certifications and purchase leads. These fees may be discounted, depending on the membership level.

What does “guaranteed lifetime prices” mean?

It means exactly what it sounds like – all membership subscriptions are guaranteed lifetime prices. As long as your membership account remains active and in good standing (e.g., you haven’t canceled and then re-subscribed) and your package remains unchanged (e.g., you haven’t switched membership levels), then your dues and fees are locked in for life, and they will never increase from the moment when you first subscribed.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, you can stop your membership subscription by contacting us. This will stop your membership from auto-renewing and prevent you from being billed again. However, if you’ve already paid your membership dues, we can’t refund, prorate, or discount payments.

Note that you can access all your stored data in NRCIA’s software for 6 months after the expiration of your membership subscription. You’ll be able to add new customer leads in the CRM and publish inspection reports and certifications up until the expiration of your membership subscription. After that, you won’t be able to add new customer leads or publish reports and certifications.  Upon membership expiration, you will also be required to cease and desist using NRCIA’s logos and trademarks. If you want to use NRCIA’s software, logos, or trademarks again at some point, you simply re-subscribe.

Do you offer any customized subscriptions?

Yes, we do! If you are interested in multi-user options or require specific customizations, please contact us.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do! If you subscribe to our 3-year membership package, we apply a 15% discount on all membership dues. Also, non-profits or member-owners who are minority, women, persons with a disability covered by ADA, military, or first responders qualify for a special discount.

Do you offer financing for membership dues?

Yes, we do! We understand membership dues might feel out of budget for some. Qualified members can finance through our partner, Hearth. Get pre-qualified in less than 2 minutes. It doesn’t affect your credit score, and there is no obligation to borrow.
