At the National Roof Certification and Inspection Association (NRCIA®), faith and business walk hand in hand. Our Faith & Business Arm exists to encourage and equip members to live out their values both on and off the roof — honoring God through the quality of their work and the way they serve others.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts, thankful for the opportunities and abilities You have given us to serve through the work of our hands. We ask for Your guidance, wisdom, and protection as we do our daily tasks, ensuring the safety and shelter of those we serve.
Bless the roofs we inspect and repair so they may stand firm against the elements, providing comfort and security to the families, businesses, and communities beneath them. Help us approach our work with integrity, excellence, and a servant’s heart, reflecting Your love and faithfulness in all we do.
Lord, we ask for safety on every job site—for ourselves, our teams, and all we encounter. May Your hand guard us from harm, steady our steps, and give us the strength to persevere, even in the face of challenges.
Grant us wisdom to make sound decisions, kindness to serve our customers well, and humility to give You the glory for every success. Unite us as a community of professionals committed to honoring You through our work.
Finally, Lord, we lift up the roofing industry as a whole. May it prosper with integrity, grow in collaboration, and be a place where Your values of honesty, respect, and accountability shine.

Faith & Business Quarterly Meetings
Every quarter, NRCIA® hosts a Faith & Business Session — a national gathering designed to strengthen members in faith, leadership, and purpose. These sessions provide a space for reflection, connection, and encouragement through:

NRCIA® Chaplain Program
Our NRCIA® Chaplain, Pastor Aaron Contreras (Oregon), is available to offer confidential, faith-based support to any member in need — whether that means prayer, counseling, or encouragement. We are committed to caring for the hearts behind the hard hats — because who you are off the roof matters just as much as what you do on it.
