You may have to edit lead or inspection information if the date of inspection has changed or the type of inspection has changed. If you need info on how to create leads, click to read our guide.
If you need to adjust the client’s information (phone, email, address, etc..) you will need to edit the lead. If you need to adjust the inspection information (type of inspection, price, etc..) you will need to update the inspection.
Edit Lead Information
Click the “Leads” icon

Find the lead that you want to adjust and then click the “Edit” icon located on the far right side.

Within the pop-up screen, you can edit the property information, the caller information, and the type of inspection.
Edit Inspection Information
Click the “Inspections” icon

Find the property that you want to adjust and then click the “Edit” icon located on the far right side.

Within the screen, you can edit the inspection information, the inspection fee, and resend the pre-inspection agreement
