Tips for NRCIA Leads

Respond quickly to the NRCIA and to the lead

Time is crucial. The quicker you are able to connect with a lead, the better your chances of setting up an inspection.

Introduce yourself as a Certified NRCIA Inspector

Property owners contact the NRCIA because they are looking for a trained roof inspector not another roofing contractor. Make sure to introduce yourself as a Certified NRCIA Inspector to validate your authority with your client.

Keep your service area up-to-date in your member profile

An updated service area helps us send leads that are better suited for you. Additionally, if you ever move, you can take your NRCIA certification with you and start servicing your new area.

Pause or unpause leads

If you are too busy to accept NRCIA leads, send an email to memberships@nrcia.org and request a pause in leads. To unpause, simply send an email asking us to start sending leads again.
