What the RightNow Media partnership gives members
NRCIA has partnered with RightNow Media. Through the RightNow Media partnership, accredited NRCIA members get free access to a streaming library of personal and professional development video content, available on desktop, mobile and connected television.
The catalog sits outside roofing. It covers leadership, communication, financial habits, team management, parenting and the ordinary business of running a life while running a company. Members can share access with their households and, where their subscription allows, with their crews.
How to activate it
- Sign in to the NRCIA member portal.
- Open the member benefits section and select RightNow Media.
- Follow the invitation link to create your account.
- Install the app on the devices you use, then sign in with the same account.
There is no separate charge to the member. Access is tied to active NRCIA membership, so it begins when accreditation is active and ends if membership lapses.
Why a development library sits next to a technical standard
NRCIA training is deliberately narrow. RoofGUARD™, ForensicGUARD™, E3GUARD™ and DisasterGUARD™ teach a documented inspection method and hold members to published criteria. That is the standard, and it does not stretch to cover how you hire, how you handle a difficult client conversation, or how you keep a small company steady through a slow quarter.
Most of our members run their own businesses. The technical work is a fraction of the day. Partnerships like this one exist to cover the rest of it, without diluting what accreditation means.
