RAES joins the NRCIA preferred partner program
NRCIA has added RAES to its preferred partner program. RAES builds management software and provides consulting for roofing and exterior restoration contractors, with a focus on sales, production and accounting operations.
The reasoning behind the partnership is straightforward. Inspection work creates paperwork, scheduling and follow-up, and a member who cannot keep those moving loses the client relationship long before the roof gives them a reason to.
The problem RAES set out to solve
A roofing company is judged on the whole chain, not on the roof alone. A quote that never gets followed up, a supplier order that goes missing, a subcontractor who does not show: the customer attributes all of it to the company whose name is on the truck. Skill on the roof does not protect a reputation from a breakdown in the office.
Robert Budron founded RAES on the position that the right tools remove a large share of those breakdowns. The company builds personalized systems for contractors rather than a single off-the-shelf product, combining software with consultative business services.
How this fits a member’s workflow
NRCIA members already work inside InspectionPLUS®, the platform where the LeakFREE® Roof Inspection Report is written and where a LeakFREE® Roof Certification is generated and registered. A certificate created anywhere else is not valid.
RAES sits on the business side of that work: the pipeline before the inspection is booked, the production schedule after a repair is approved, and the accounting that follows both. Members running several inspectors, or a company that has added inspection work to an existing service department, tend to feel that pressure earliest.
