Why NRCIA domains matter to your funnel

NRCIA owns several dozen domain names covering the phrases homeowners, buyers and agents actually type when they go looking for roof inspection and certification help. Traffic arriving on those domains lands in NRCIA properties and routes toward accredited members through the member directory.

For a member, that is search demand you did not have to bid on. Someone who searches for a roof certification and arrives through one of these addresses is already looking for the service you sell.

One point of language to get right

Several of these domains carry the word warranty because that is the search term the public uses. Your written materials should stay precise. A LeakFREE® Roof Certification records that a specific roof, at a specific address, met the published LeakFREE® criteria on a specific date. It is not insurance and not a service contract, and its term is set by the findings, the slope, the materials and the condition, to a maximum of ten years.

Use the domains to meet the search. Use the correct terms in the conversation that follows.

How to put them to work

Keep your directory listing current, including service area, program designations and contact details, since that record is what inbound traffic is routed against. Reference NRCIA properties in your own site and proposals so the connection is visible to prospects checking your credentials. Ask before republishing any of these domains in paid campaigns, so member campaigns do not bid against each other.

Update your directory listing

A directory listing only works while your accreditation is current. Review the RoofGUARD™ program and keep yours in good standing.
