NRCIA is THE authority in LeakFREE® roof protection.
NRCIA stands for excellence in property care: improving the way roofs are inspected and maintained so that there is no unexpected loss of property due to normal wear and tear. Our association specializes in providing the real estate community with confidence that a LeakFREE® roof protects their investment or asset for the duration of the LeakFREE® roof certification period.
The NRCIA accomplishes this through:
1. Thoroughly training and certifying capable roof inspectors and roof contractors to use its patent-pending process to perform inspections to determine if a roof qualifies for a LeakFREE® Roof Certification, and
2. Proactively and reactively connecting the real estate community with NRCIA certified roof inspectors and contractors.
In other words, the NRCIA has been connecting you with the best possible roof inspector or contractor in your area to provide you with the greatest roof assurance in every real estate transaction.
NRCIA Facts
Roof Inspectors
NRCIA roof inspectors are professionally trained and accredited to thoroughly inspect for roof leaks or the potential likelihood of a leaky roof. All members enroll in annual continuing education that trains them to better serve you. They are also committed to adhering to NRCIA’s core values – so that you know exactly who is serving you.
Roof Inspection
The NRCIA is the leader in offering quality roof inspections from certified members. Having a roof inspection gives valuable insight into the health of your roof. After a thorough 1 hour inspection of the interior of the house, the attic, the perimeter of the house, any attached garage and rooftop, then the inspector will create a detailed report specifying any necessary repairs with reliable estimation of cost. If there are not any necessary repairs, or after the repairs are made by an NRCIA Contractor, then the roof qualifies for an NRCIA Roof Certification.
Roof Certification
No other roof warranty beats NRCIA’s LeakFREE® Roof Certification. Our warranty means that your roof will not leak for up to 5 years, or the contractor will do the repairs for free if the cause of the leak is from something missed in the inspection or from normal wear-and-tear. The NRCIA accommodates to you by making the certification renewable after the certification period expires and transferrable to new homeowners.
NRCIA Difference
No one compares to the NRCIA when it comes to trained roofing professionals and the quality roofing services we provide. In fact, there is no other national roofing association that offers standardized and recognized inspections and certifications.
